pkrwin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pkrwin" / "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming website accessible at pkrwin.asia, including all sub-pages, services, gaming products, and account features operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who registers an account with pkrwin or accesses the Platform's services in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of pkrwin's registration process, including identity verification.
• "PKR" / "Rs" — refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination in which pkrwin operates for all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and payouts.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free spins equivalents, or other promotional balances credited to a Player's account by pkrwin under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to deposited funds or confirmed winnings held in a Player's account that are not subject to wagering requirements, and which are freely withdrawable subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting amount a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to pkrwin's identity and age verification process, which all Players must complete before withdrawals are processed and which may be required at any time at pkrwin's discretion.
• "Gaming License" — refers to the internationally recognised gambling operating license under which pkrwin is authorised to offer online gaming and betting services.

By registering a pkrwin account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming or sports betting is prohibited under applicable law;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform;
• You have not previously been excluded from pkrwin or had an account closed due to fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or self-exclusion request that remains active;
• You will maintain only one (1) active account on pkrwin at any time. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

pkrwin reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: registration, first withdrawal, any withdrawal above Rs 10,000, or where unusual account activity is detected. Supported KYC documents include government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, and proof of Pakistani residential address.

pkrwin reserves the right to refuse registration applications at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkrwin account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account. pkrwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service;
• Enable two-step verification (2FA) on your pkrwin account, which pkrwin strongly recommends as a mandatory security measure;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to be pkrwin support staff — pkrwin employees will never ask for your password;
• Notify pkrwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account fully when using any device that is not your personal, private device, including shared computers and borrowed mobile phones.

pkrwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account where security concerns are identified, pending investigation. Any transactions completed through an account prior to notification of a security compromise remain the account holder's responsibility unless pkrwin's own security systems are determined to be the cause of the breach.

All financial transactions on pkrwin — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wager settlements — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrwin does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Fees applied by third-party payment processors are outside pkrwin's control and remain the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals: Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name and previously used for deposit on their pkrwin account. pkrwin applies a strict same-name withdrawal policy as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the pkrwin operating window of 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM PST daily. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operating window.

pkrwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Processing may be suspended for accounts under security review or KYC verification.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting pkrwin support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrwin reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, recover any outstanding amounts through available legal means, and report the matter to relevant financial institutions.

pkrwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published in the pkrwin promotions section at the time of the offer, and the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only. One bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms (default: 25x the bonus amount), which must be satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting and live casino table games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%; certain game types (including roulette Tie bets and baccarat Tie bets) may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• pkrwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using multiple accounts, manipulation of bet selections to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploitation of promotional terms not consistent with the spirit of genuine player engagement — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

All casino games and other gaming products offered on pkrwin operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and statistical accuracy by approved third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in certified studio facilities, streamed in real time via HD video technology.

pkrwin publishes theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games. These figures represent long-term statistical averages across all players and all sessions — they do not guarantee or predict individual session outcomes, which are inherently variable by nature.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game in progress, pkrwin's support team will investigate the incident using server-side game logs. Where a malfunction voids the integrity of a specific game round, the wager for that round may be refunded to the Player's balance at pkrwin's discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Game results displayed on the pkrwin server are conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the pkrwin server record, the server record shall prevail in all circumstances.

All sports bets placed on pkrwin are governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket (including PSL, Test, T20I, and ODI formats), along with rules for other sports offered on the pkrwin sportsbook, are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once pkrwin confirms its acceptance and assigns a unique bet reference number. Bets placed at odds displayed in error are void and will be cancelled.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, event, and account tier. pkrwin reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any account without prior notice where market integrity concerns exist.
• Abandoned Matches: In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before a valid result is achievable under applicable sport-specific rules, all affected bets (except those on markets where a result had already been determined prior to abandonment) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are available on selected events and close automatically at pkrwin's discretion based on event development. Late-submitted in-play bets may be rejected if the relevant market has closed. The delay between real-world events and live stream delivery means in-play bets must be placed prior to the live broadcast of the outcome.
• Palpable Errors: pkrwin reserves the right to void bets at any time where they were placed at odds that were clearly the result of a pricing error, system error, or data feed malfunction — regardless of whether the bet has settled. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the Player's account.
• Match-Fixing / Suspicious Activity: pkrwin cooperates with relevant international sports integrity organisations. Any account found to be placing bets on markets associated with corrupt or pre-determined events will be suspended pending investigation, with funds held pending outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrwin platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where criminal conduct is involved — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one (1) pkrwin account per person, household, IP address, or device;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the pkrwin platform in any manner, including for bet placement, game play, or data harvesting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to pkrwin immediately; bets or game results produced through exploitation are void;
• Collusion between Players in any live dealer, poker, or competitive game format;
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime including money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for undisclosed third parties;
• Any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or guaranteed-profit betting strategy executed through bonus exploitation;
• Posting unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content through any pkrwin communication channel including live chat or dealer chat functions.

pkrwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. pkrwin will display session time reminders at regular intervals.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up notifications during active sessions reminding you of your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion, which blocks access to your pkrwin account and prevents re-registration for the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests submitted to pkrwin support are actioned within 24 hours.

pkrwin will not market to Players who are currently self-excluded. Any Player who circumvents a self-exclusion through registration of a new account is in breach of these Terms.

All content on the pkrwin platform — including but not limited to the pkrwin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, photographs, video content, software code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrwin platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any pkrwin content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any pkrwin software;
• Using the pkrwin brand name or logo in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without explicit written authorisation;
• Commercial exploitation of any pkrwin content or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrwin's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereunder shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player to their pkrwin account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

pkrwin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss caused by factors outside pkrwin's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or mobile network disruptions;
• Losses arising from your use of third-party payment services including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the pkrwin platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content;
• Any gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform, which are a foreseeable and inherent outcome of participation in games of chance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkrwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkrwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Discovery that a Player has provided false information during registration;
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account restriction;
• At the Player's own request (including self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkrwin will notify the Player by email at the registered address. Funds held in the account will be preserved pending the outcome of the investigation, subject to any legal obligation to hold or freeze funds.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms breach (including fraud or bonus abuse), pkrwin reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account and to recover any funds already withdrawn that were obtained through prohibited activity.

Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed voluntarily with an unmet wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.

In the event of any complaint, dispute, or disagreement arising from your use of the pkrwin platform, the following escalation process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to pkrwin support via live chat (available 9 AM to 2 AM PST daily) or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. pkrwin will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may request escalation to pkrwin's compliance team by clearly stating "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request" in your follow-up communication. Escalated complaints will receive a substantive written response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through internal escalation, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority or licensing body overseeing pkrwin's gaming license. Details of the applicable licensing body are available on request from pkrwin support.

pkrwin's server records are considered the authoritative and final source of truth for all disputed bet outcomes, game results, and transaction records. In all disputes, the English language version of these Terms shall prevail.

pkrwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrwin will provide reasonable notice to affected Players by email to their registered address and/or by publication of a notice on the pkrwin website, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect (except where changes are required urgently by regulatory instruction or for security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately).

Your continued use of the pkrwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pkrwin support.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrwin holds its gaming license. pkrwin's gaming license is held under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory framework, details of which are available on request.

The English language version of these Terms is the legally binding version. Any translation provided for informational purposes is non-binding and shall not be used in the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms.

Each provision of these Terms shall be considered severable. If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
